Shipping policy

We understand the excitement of receiving beautiful artwork, and every order is prepared with great care to ensure it arrives safely.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. During holiday seasons, new collection launches, or periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information whenever tracking is available. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Delivery times vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, customs processing, and local postal services. While we work with trusted shipping partners, delivery estimates cannot be guaranteed and delays outside our control may occasionally occur.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Lisa Bonavia Art cannot be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided during checkout.

Art prints are packaged carefully to help protect them during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the package and item so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
